Our Boys

Kelly and I were lucky enough to get to go to the the Cowboys vs Bears Monday Night Football beat down. That's right. The Bears WHOOPED our beloved Cowboys. It was a brutal game to watch but we love going to the game regardless. 

We got to go on the field prior to the game. It was so fun! We got to see the MNF crew . Check out Steve Young's shoes! Nice kicks.

We love the Boys no matter what.

Free food and adult beverages made watching the awful game so much better!

Happy Fall Ya'll

Thanks to Pintrest and all their great ideas, I made my first wreath. I was so intimidated that it took me 3 days after I found the material to begin to make it. It just set there on my table looking at me. Ugh. I always thought I was so crafty but this is a statement piece that everyone sees from the street. So I was nervous but sucked it up and did my best. It was super easy to make once I got going. The bow was the hardest part. After many attempts, I settled on the below. It looks pretty cool if I do say so myself.

The Green Flies

Greenfly: derived from the insects that swarm around livestock, it is a derogatory reference by baseball people toward overzealous media types. A derisive modern name for a female who is constantly working to be in the company of professional players; the baseball equivalent of a rock star groupie.

Now I would not call my grandma, great aunt and mom a groupie but they do love themselves some Rangers. LOVE. In fact, they are all in mourning now that the season is over. 

But I do love them and all their craziness!
